Want a great haircut but hate the high maintenance? Then the Caesar cut is for you. The name itself is derived after the Roman emperor Julius Caesar who had this short cut that is styled with his hair brushed forward creating a horizontal fringe. Since it’s short and simple (but classic), this cut doesn’t need much styling or even touch-ups.
The Caesar cut is popular among boys and men as it allows both to sport it fashionably while covering their needs. For young boys, this haircut is perfect for school especially with their high-energy activities that involved games or sports. Men, otherwise make use of this cut by concealing their receding hairline.
Today, there are various ways on how to style this haircut. While it is still common to have the original look with a short hairstyle where both sides and hair are pushed forward to the front, others adapt to the modern look where it is actually the same style but leaving the sides with a taper fade. Some are incorporating it with an undercut for a bolder and edgier look.
